Gozz bvba cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data we need for (improving) our services and treat the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. The effective date for the validity of these terms is 23/05/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Webshop software

WooCommerce

Our online shop is developed with WooCommerce software, we have chosen myH2Oservers for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services are shared with this party. myH2Oservers has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. myH2Oservers is obliged under the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

WooCommerce

Our online shop is developed with WooCommerce software, we host our online shop on an in-house server. We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. Web hosting myH2Oservers

We purchase web hosting services from H2Oservers. myH2Oservers processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services. These are not personal data. myH2Oservers has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. myH2Oservers is bound to secrecy under the agreement.

E-mail and mailing lists

MailChimp

Our website uses MailChimp, a third-party provider that handles e-mail traffic originating from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via MailChimp's servers. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive emails from our website. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in this context.

Office365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie

To handle (part of) the payments in our web shop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve the further improve its services and, as part of this, share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. PostNL

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement. DHL

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence data with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the purpose of executing the contract. If DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to these parties.

BPost

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of BPost to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence data with them. BPost uses this data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that BPost engages subcontractors, it will also make your data available to these parties.

Purpose of data processing

General purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. That is, the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you - other than at your request at a later time - we will ask you explicit permission to do so. Retention periods

We keep your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also take this as a forgetting request.
